Since 1982, thousands of HIV/AIDS impacted youth, women, men and families have been supported through Sunbursts’ dedicated, professional, and compassionate staff. Their Programs include medical case management, mental health services, social support services, childcare assistance, HIV/AIDS education and prevention, support groups and more. Clients have access to a clothing closet, assistance with food bags, 340b pharmacy program, AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) enrollment, and housing assistance. Targeted at low-income individuals and families impacted by HIV/AIDS, their goal is to strive every day to break down the barriers of stigma and respond compassionately to the needs of the community that they serve. By helping their clients access medical care and life-saving HIV medications, they contribute to reducing the spread of HIV and supporting their clients in living their healthiest lives and reaching their highest potential.

We offer complete wrap-around services from evaluation of a current system to on-going support of that system. Each phase of that process can also be contracted individually:

- Needs inventory resulting in a software search/match
- Need inventory to determine cost-benefit of maintaining existing sofware vs migration
- Implementation of new software, or rebuild/redesign of existing system
- Staff/Leadership training using systems approach to best utilization of software
- Ongoing systems support including
- Outcomes tracking and adherance
- Database supervision/guidance
- Reporting support
